Cancellantion / Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where appointments need to be canceled, and we have established a refund policy to ensure fair treatment for our users. 1. Cancellation by User:
If a user wishes to cancel a doctor appointment for any reason, they are eligible for a refund of the booking fee if they have already paid it. The following conditions apply:
(A). Cancellation made within 24 hours of booking: If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the booking and the user has already paid the booking fee, a full refund will be provided.
(B). Cancellation made after 24 hours of booking: If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of the booking and the user has already paid the booking fee, a refund will be issued, but a cancellation fee may be deducted. The cancellation fee amount will be communicated to the user during the cancellation process.
(C). Cancellation made by the doctor: If the cancellation request is made by the doctor and the user has already paid the booking fee, a full refund will be provided.
2. Refund Processing:
(A).Refund Timeframe: Once the cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3-4 working days.
(B). Refund Method: The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method used by the user during the booking process.
3. Non-Refundable Cases:
Please note that in certain circumstances, refunds may not be applicable. These cases include, but are not limited to.
(A).Cancellation requests made after the scheduled appointment time has passed.
(B). No-shows or failure to attend the appointment without prior cancellation.
